As of April 1, 2026 new rules for nomination paper and declaration of candidacy sufficiency and ballot access challenge processes are in effect. This training will walk clerks through the new sufficiency requirements and challenge processes. It is open to clerks and staff who review candidate paperwork and to prospective candidates and their political parties.
